Account Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between
LİKE TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (MYBESTFRIENDS) and
the user (“Member”) who registers on the website www.mybestfriends.com.tr.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Member’s registration to and use of the website www.mybestfriends.com.tr.

3. Membership Conditions

Membership is completed when the user creates an account by providing the required information on the website.

The Member accepts that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

The Member is solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Membership accounts are personal and may not be shared with third parties.

4. Account Security

The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.

If the Member becomes aware of any security breach, they must immediately notify the Company.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if misuse of the account is detected.

5. Use of the Website

The Member agrees that they will:

  • Use the website in compliance with applicable laws and principles of good faith,

  • Not infringe upon the rights of third parties,

  • Not engage in actions that may compromise the security or functionality of the system.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, trademarks, texts, and other content available on the website belong to MYBESTFRIENDS.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

7. Personal Data

The Member’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Personal Data Protection Disclosure Statement.

8. Termination of the Agreement

The Member may terminate their membership at any time.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of breach of this Agreement.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated version shall enter into force upon its publication on the website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by Turkish law. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction in the event of disputes.
