DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days following order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Pre-Order items are dispatched within 2 business days following the completion of the delivery period stated on the product page. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
Domestic orders are shipped free of charge and deliveries are made via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Same-day delivery is available only for addresses in Istanbul. Orders placed until 12:00 PM are eligible for this service. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed with same-day delivery cannot be canceled. The service fee is 1000 TL and is non-refundable in case of a return. Return and exchange conditions are the same as standard shipping.
DEĞİŞİM & İADE
Exchange and return processes are carried out via Yurtiçi Kargo, provided that they are completed within the specified timeframes following the delivery date.
For exchanges, the product must be handed over to the cargo company within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Products to be returned or exchanged must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition,
- Have the security / return tag intact and not removed,
- Be sent together with the invoice and required documents.
All of our products are shipped with a security tag. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products with removed, damaged, or missing security tags.
For any return or exchange request, the Return & Exchange Form sent with the product must be fully completed and included in the shipment. Returns or exchanges sent without this form, or with an incomplete form, will not be processed.
Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments. If approved, the return process will be initiated. Approved refunds are completed within 7–14 business days.
For orders invoiced to a company, the return shipment must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the relevant company in order for the return process to be completed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo.
You may send the product to us by delivering it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the agreement code 415534306. Under this code, the return address is predefined in the system.

For return shipments made with cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
