Products you have purchased are shipped within 2 business days following order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Pre-order items are shipped within 2 business days after the delivery period stated on the product sales page has been completed.
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be shared with you.
All domestic shipments are free of charge.
International orders are delivered within 4 to 14 business days.
Prices displayed when accessing our website from abroad include international shipping costs and customs duties.
MYBESTFRIENDS is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may be requested by the destination country.
Same-day delivery service is currently available only for Istanbul addresses.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are eligible for this service.
Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Orders placed with same-day delivery cannot be canceled.
Return and exchange conditions are the same as standard shipping.
The same-day delivery service fee is 800 TL, and this fee is non-refundable in case of a return.
Returns for orders shipped via same-day delivery must be made through Yurtiçi Kargo.

For returns sent via a different courier company, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent in this manner will not be accepted as cash on delivery.
For a product to be eligible for return;
the return security tag on the product must not be removed,
the barcode label must remain attached,
the return and exchange form must be fully completed and sent together with the product,
and the invoice must be included with the product.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.
The product must be handed over to the courier no later than 2 business days from the date of receipt.
If this period is exceeded, the return request will be deemed invalid.
Before shipping, the product must be carefully packaged by the customer to prevent any damage that may occur during transportation.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Returns for shipped orders must be made via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Using the contract code 415534306, you can send the product to us by delivering it to your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
For a product to be eligible for return;

the barcode label must remain attached to the product,
the return and exchange form must be fully completed and sent together with the product,

In order for the return process to be completed;

For orders invoiced to a company, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the relevant company.
The return invoice must be issued as “Product Unit Price + VAT,” excluding shipping costs.
For orders invoiced to a company, returns without a return invoice will not be accepted.
You are responsible for returning the product in the condition in which it was received.
If the product shows signs of use, you may be required to cover the loss in commercial value resulting from such use.
After the product reaches us, it will be inspected by the relevant departments, and if deemed appropriate, the return will be approved.
The inspection process takes approximately 2–5 business days.
For approved returns, the refund is completed within 7–14 business days.
