Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between:

and

the consumer (“BUYER”) who places an order via the website www.mybestfriends.com.tr

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.mybestfriends.com.tr

3. Product and Price Information

The following details regarding the ordered product have been presented on the order summary screen and approved by the BUYER:

  • Type of the product

  • Essential characteristics

  • Quantity

  • Sales price

  • Total amount including VAT

  • Payment method

All prices include VAT.

4. Payment and Delivery

The order shall be processed following payment confirmation.

Products in stock are generally dispatched within 2 business days.

Under no circumstances shall the delivery period exceed 30 days.

Deliveries are carried out via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Tracking information is provided to the BUYER once the product has been shipped.

If same-day delivery service is provided and the service has been performed, the service fee is non-refundable.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within this period.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 days following the notification.

The SELLER shall refund all payments received within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products prepared in line with the consumer’s specific requests,

  • Products customized according to personal needs,

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

The right of withdrawal remains valid for ready-to-ship stock products.

7. Return Conditions

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the product must be:

  • Unused,

  • In resalable condition,

  • With security tags intact.

8. Defective Products

The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery.

In case of defective goods, the BUYER retains all rights granted under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or logistical disruptions, delivery periods may be extended. The BUYER shall be informed accordingly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In the event of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or at the SELLER’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and electronically approved this Distance Sales Agreement before placing the order.
